The Nikari December Chair
As part of the 12 Designs For Nature series, the December Chair stands as homage to Nikari’s most beloved mission: maintain a beautiful, balanced interaction between our natural home and the spaces we create.
Designed by Jasper Morrison & Wataru Kumano, the December Chair’s strong presence is established through the artful blending of canvas or leather and the natural woodgrain of oak or ash. The frame of each chair is coated in a natural oil finish, and every piece of wood used is sustainably sourced.
Combining soft lines, rounded edges and turned legs, with squared joints, Morrison and Kumano created a timeless piece capable of complementing both contemporary and rustic settings.
