Most orders over $75 ship for free via UPS/FedEx or Curbside Freight delivery. Some items require a manufacturer’s required shipping fee or an oversized shipping fee.
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancelations on any products labeled as “Special Order Item(s)” on the product page, any outlet items or any items that are custom ordered.
Heavy, large or especially fragile items may require freight delivery. For most freight items, we offer Free Curbside Delivery - delivery immediately outside of your business or residence. For an additional fee (per order - not per item) we offer both Threshold Delivery (delivery inside your first dry area) as well as White Glove Delivery (room of choice with debris removal). On certain items, we also offer White Glove Delivery and Assembly.

Every strip in the seat and the back is bonded with four wedge shaped parts making up part of the 88 meticulously assembled teak components. Each leg that touches the ground is set with a screw to prevent water from spreading up the legs to damage the chair. Nozib comes with a water resistant leather neck cushion that is easily adjusted or removed all together. The chair can also be folded for easy, space saving storage.
