Description
Jielde Lamps are a tribute to industrial design at its best. Originally designed by Jean-Louis Domecq in 1950, the lamps can twist, bend, and turn at many joints; all without moving the base or affecting the wiring. The wide variety of color options allows you to customize a lamp to your preference something bright and funky that jumps out at the eye, or something more subtle to blend into a room.
All have a chic, glossy finish and a unique serial number making each lamp truly individualized. SKY4224 is a ceiling mounted fixture with a total of 4 arms.
If you would like us to send you an RAL color chart for more precise color matching please contact us.

Designer
Jean Louis Domecq
The Jieldé lamp was born out of necessity.  Jean Louis Domecq had grown tired of searching for durable and flexible lamps that could be used to light his workshop equipment when he decided to create his own.  He spent two years working on production and in 1953 the first run of Jieldé lamps were produced.  Today, the lamps are still made in Lyon, France using Domecq's original designs and specifications.
