Most orders over $75 ship for free via UPS/FedEx or Curbside Freight delivery. Some items require a manufacturer’s required shipping fee or an oversized shipping fee.
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancelations on any products labeled as “Special Order Item(s)” on the product page, any outlet items or any items that are custom ordered.
Heavy, large or especially fragile items may require freight delivery. For most freight items, we offer Free Curbside Delivery - delivery immediately outside of your business or residence. For an additional fee (per order - not per item) we offer both Threshold Delivery (delivery inside your first dry area) as well as White Glove Delivery (room of choice with debris removal). On certain items, we also offer White Glove Delivery and Assembly.

The E004 Embrace Chair brings the relaxed spirit of EOOS’s Embrace Series to a light, armless dining chair. Introduced in 2019, its compact profile slips easily around the table while leaving the sitter free to move, converse, and settle in naturally. Soft upholstery folds around the body in deliberate contrast to the precisely shaped wooden frame. The result is an inviting balance of ease and refinement—an everyday chair that pairs Carl Hansen & Søn’s cabinetmaking heritage with EOOS’s distinctly contemporary point of view.
