ARTLESS ARS BK is part of the growing ARS family. Available in black oak top as a stool with a 16" top or as a table with a 22" top, their undeniable versatility is undermined by their striking personality. The top of the base is a closed hexagon, which is torqued and its sides erased as it reaches the floor. This simple yet powerful form is capped by the contrast of the top, which brings purpose and meaning to it all.

For some designers, a love of architecture is learned at school or within the shadow of an eye-opening structure. But for designer Alejandro Artigas, it courses through his blood. Born in Mexico City to a family of architects, it’s no wonder he began his career at the prestigious Architectural Association in London, before graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from The Southern California Institute of Architecture, SCI-Arc, in Los Angeles. He also holds a Masters degree in Advanced Architectural Design from The Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation at Columbia University, GSAPP. He is now based in Los Angeles as a lead designer and founder at ARTLESS Corporation, an architecture and design practice.
