Master Bladesmith, Bob Kramer has partnered with Zwilling to create the Meiji Knife collection featuring six different knives each with a FC61 carbide stainless steel core. The core of the knife is then encased in 100 layers of nickel and stainless steel, decorated with a ladder Damascus pattern, and finished with a Pakkawood handle which mimics the curvature of the palm.
