Description

Here, you can find the latest addition to Holmegaard’s popular Perfection collection. These spirit glasses, shaped from machine-blown glass, add a light and elegant touch to any table. The tulip shape is easy to hold while gradually warming the contents of the spirit glass. The narrowing at the top forms the perfect opening while in use and for preserving the aroma of the spirit. These spirit glasses, which can hold 5 centilitres, are available in a height of 21 centimetres. The design, with its subtle pouring line incorporated into the shape, also indicates the perfect quantity to pour into the glass.

Holmegaard

With a long and proud tradition of glass production since 1825, Holmegaard is a Danish design icon and one of the most recognised names in Scandinavian craftsmanship traditions. Holmegaard’s cultural heritage is more than just a tale of quality craftsmanship over time. Holmegaard builds on the heritage of a remarkable woman who was ahead of her time – Countess Henriette Danneskiold-Samsøe – who not only pursued her late husband’s dream of creating a glasswork by Holmegaard marsh, but who also managed to transform it into ab artistic and aesthetic house that is still relevant today.
