For the Future with &Tradition

Introducing &Tradition

&Tradition deals in the timeless and the bold. For nearly a hundred years, &Tradition has been collaborating with designers who understand the assignment: create long-lasting pieces that reflect Denmark’s design heritage, appeal to generations to come, and embody a set of sustainability and artistic values.

A Blend of the Old and New

Whether they’re re-releasing Verner Panton’s Flowerpot lamp or putting Space Copenhagen’s Como Lamp on the shelves for the first time, &Tradition embraces the belief that quality furnishings should stand the test of time in every way.

The Flowerpot

Blossoming as a result of the Flower Power movement, the Flowerpot pendant is a mark of the generation. Two semi-spheres nestle together to create the sophisticated avant-garde look that has since been adapted into a wall light and two different table light designs.

Como Lamp

The battery-powered Como Lamp is one of the most charming portable lights on the market. With its smooth and chic anodized aluminum materials, conical body and mushroom-cap shade, the Como Lamp is the perfect bit of Mid-Century charm to introduce to any space.

For the Future

Sustainability is the name of the game – not only does &Tradition preserve Danish design tradition, but they’re actively preserving the planet with a circular use mindset. Adhering to a variety of FSC and EU standards, &Tradition has established a list of eco goals that they are rapidly ticking off.

The core of &Tradition’s mission is to serve the future – future generations, future environmental needs, and future design trends. Gathering up their collective knowledge and expertise, the &Tradition team is bringing Danish heritage and iconic modern pieces into the 21st Century home to create fulfilling and eclectic living environments.
