Jasper Morrison looked to the world's grandest light fixture—the moon—that inspired the Glo-ball series. The diffuser of this contemporary pendant light is made of externally acid-etched, hand-blown, flashed opaline glass. The diffuser support is transparent, injection-molded PC (polycarbonate). It features a 30% fiberglass reinforced injection-molded polyamide rose and includes a pressed and galvanized ceiling fitting, as well as a steel suspension cable. This calming and versatile design is among the most sought-after form of modern designer pendant lighting. It looks equally at home in commercial spaces as it does in a contemporary home.
